Idriess Enterprises Pty Ltd is the sole authorized administrator of the Ion L. Idriess literary estate, managing all licensing, adaptation inquiries, and permissions. All publishing is with their parent company, ETT Imprint Pty Ltd, and publisher Tom Thompson, a cousin of the author.

Piracy of Idriess

Here we note piracy of Idriess titles for future legal action if required.

In August 2026 we engaged with the Internet Archive over their pirated editions of The Red Chief, The Desert Column, Gold-Dust and Ashes, In Crocodile Land, The Wild White Man of Badu, Drums of Mer, One Wet Season, The Silver City, Nemarluk, Our Stone-Age Mystery, and The Silent Service, Removed on August 27.
